What is this strange feeling in my neck?

I wanna tell my mom but she thinks I'm nuts because I kind of have hypocondriac tendencies. I have TMJ so I don't know if this could all be from my jaw. I have a weird feeling on the left side of my name, same side as my TMJ problem...coincidence? It's not painful or numb or anything, it just feels weird, kinda like the strange feeling I felt on my face (which is still lingering) after I was diagnosed with TMJ. I also have tightness in my chest area and have become pretty aware of my swallowing and it feels like the food is going down slower and I am getting burping problems after I eat...is this all anxiety? I'm pretty worried about this right now. Thanks for answering!
