Spellcaster deck yugioh?

theres a nasty field spell called secret villiage of the spellcasters... which if your opponent doesnt have a spellcaster and you don't, your the only one that can use spell cards... no excuse... it is a great tech card to use... thats how i lose to my friend all the time...
