Can diabetes type 1 or 2 cause morning sickness?

I'm being tested for diabetes I get my results next wk! I haven't mentioned it to my dr but for years now, when I wake up real early I instantly feel sick and sweaty and have to vomit! Its starting to get to me as I may be gtn up early for something important and have to cancel. Any diabetics out their suffering frm this?
