Do you think I could successfully appeal my grade and win?

We took four exams in my chemistry exam. On the first exam we were given a retest (about a one week after our teacher two weeks after exam told us that just looking at papers most of us did not do well and some people looks like they got everything incorrect). However I did not do well on the retest because I was just overwhelmed having to study for another cl exam and also I was trying to keep up with current information which we were also responsible for her and completing homework ignments that I was responsible for that cl. On the 2nd exam I got a B (high score in cl), on the third exam I got a B (high score in cl) and on last exam I got a 60 because it was basically a one question exam and I just did not really understand the question and we got about 80% more information to study. However, I accept my grades for the 2nd, 3rd, and fourth exam. I was told by professor I have a C+ in the cl. However I have still not getting my original first test like the entire class or the results back which I worked hard to prepare for and I feel that right I rightfully should get an A for that exam because if she had graded the exams in a timely fashion and returned it earlier (students asked her about weekly and she always said she forgot to) then this would have not happen. And basically compared to everyone else I did the most assigned homework so most likely my grade would have been better off.
