Pansies for late May wedding.?

I am a bridesmaid in a wedding for a friend who is living far away now but getting married near where I live. She would like potted pansies as her centerpieces. If we plant these from seed this January and keep them in my Florida room (heated to 40-50 degrees during the winter), will they be in bloom for late May. (I live in upstate New York)
