Are there any coffee cafes on Oahu?

Besides a couple of places in the North Shore, I haven't found a good cafe here on Oahu. Not Starbucks but a real coffee place with real baristas that know the difference between a latte and a macchiato. Starbucks is always a hit or miss around here and it pisses me off because I'm from the Seattle area. Seattle's Best is ok but I mean a real cafe not in the mall. I really like the Honolulu coffee company because they know coffee, but I'm not driving 30 minutes to Ala Moana Mall.
