Moving!! omg advice!!??

I live in Adelaide, and in a few weeks my family is moving to QLD. I have recently started doing the home school thing, and if i move states, how will i make friends?? I have a large group of really close friends here, that i dont wanna lose!! I have already planned my sweet sixteen, but if im moving, its like im gonna have it alone!! ommmgg..help!
