Is this a yeast infection?

for two days now my and vulva have been red and irritated. it hurts to have . there is not alot of discharge, but it's thick and white. it doesn't look like cottage cheese, which i've read that it usually does with a yeast infection. when i wipe, there's stuff on the paper, it looks like the little rolls that comes off of cheap toilet paper, but it's not, it's almost like the skin's peeling off in soft rolls. it also will bleed a tiny bit from some of the more irritated spots. it's not an std, i've been tested recently and i'm in a long term, monogamous relationship. help me, i'm so uncomfortable. i don't have any insurance, or money, so please don't just say go to the doctor. sorry so long.
