Chronic BV problem... please help!!!!!?

I have had chronic BV for 4 years now and cannot find anything that will get rid of it for good. I have taken the metro-gel, the pills, and clindesse. I have even tried the boric acid treatments. I am now going to try the clindesse cream for 6 weeks and see how that goes. I do take birth control and have switched to a low dose hormone Ortho low. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else i can do? I do not duche, or smoke cigaretts. I do not allow my boyfriend to in me. I am at the end of my ropes and would like any suggestions. I am to the point where i get it 5-9 times a year and im really loosing hope. Please help
