What are some good animes that make you want to keep watching?

Like bleach, FMA, things like that. I prefer action animes and have seen a hell of a lot, im not making a list but if you list something i havnt wathced ill check it out or even if you have i may rewatch it, it doesnt have to be an action anime it can be about anything, any genre and ill stil lwatch it.
