Need help with yearbook polls. Any ideas?

We really need help with polls for our year book. So far we have ones like.... What would you do for a klondike bar? What do you want writen on your tombstone? and so on. We are looking for really creative ones. Our year book theam is Holding it Together.... Help please and thank you!
