Is it to soon for ?

Okay, So I am 14 and I think this is REDICULOUS! .. My friend Becky insists she's IN LOVE with her boyfriend of almost 7 months. and on their 5 months. they had ! She is only 13. he's 14. still, I don't think its TRUE love and i need some opinions. they have had 4 times since the first time. and she knows she wants to do it more. I dont think its right. but how do i tell her? what do you guys think. Am i thinking to hard over this? because, she has told her mom. and her mom is happy for her. but sad that she lost it so earily.. like, I know its her moms place to do this, not mine. but i am conserned. should i say anything? if so.. what?
