Been feeling horrible last couple of weeks and thinking about leaving my wife should i?

My wife and i have been married for 7 years were both 25 and we have three young sons together. I love all 4 so much its just i am so bored and i am just tired of the mundane chit my wife and i are both in the medical field and we live as comfortably as we want and everything. Its just i feel so neglected by my wife we never have time for us and she rejects me a lot and its like she just wants me to do everything and anything and we have been fighting a lot and tonight i asked her if she would want to go get some counseling and she just laughed at me like i was talking. Just Seriously thinking about leaving because don't feel wanted or needed and i am just tired of it. Advice?
